MN Garage Door is committed to delivering its services in a professional and timely manner. MN Garage Door retains the right to decline service to any customer at its discretion.
Trip Charge:
In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel an appointment prior to its scheduled arrival time, a service call fee of $75 shall be assessed.
Estimates:
Please note that, with the exception of estimates for opener and door replacements, MN Garage Door does not provide free estimates.
Fees and Payment:
Prior to commencing any work, MN Garage Door will furnish a quotation for its services. All service fees are to be settled upon the completion of the work, unless alternative arrangements have been established and confirmed in writing. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, or credit/debit card. It is important to note that a 3.6% fee will be applied to credit/debit card and Venmo payments due to the increase in payment processing fees. No additional fee will be incurred when making payments with checks or cash.
In the event of unpaid fees, MN Garage Door reserves the right to assess interest charges and may pursue collection through legal channels if deemed necessary.
These terms serve to ensure transparency in our service offerings, including the trip charge, the policy on free estimates, and payment processes. If you have any inquiries or require further clarification regarding these terms, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Warranties
MN Garage Door warrants that its services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. A more detailed warranty policy can be found here.
Liability: MN Garage Door shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services or products, even if MN Garage Door has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall MN Garage Door's total liability exceed the fees paid by the customer for the services.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold MN Garage Door, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the customer’s use of our services or products, or the violation of these Terms of Service.
Termination Agreement
This Termination Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between MN Garage Door ("MN Garage Door") and the customer, to govern the termination of any services provided by MN Garage Door.
Termination Process Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written or emailed notice to the other party. MN Garage Door reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the customer breaches any provision of these terms.
Notice of Termination
In the event that either party wishes to terminate this Agreement, they must provide the other party with written or emailed notice of termination, including the reason for termination. The notice of termination must be delivered to the other party's designated representative at the contact information provided in this Agreement.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of this Agreement, MN Garage Door will no longer provide any services to the customer. Any outstanding fees or charges owed by the customer to MN Garage Door will become immediately due and payable upon termination.
Survival of Certain Provisions
The termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligations or liabilities that either party has accrued prior to the date of termination. Additionally, any provisions of this Agreement which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law provisions, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between them. This Agreement may only be amended or modified in writing, signed by both parties.

By scheduling a service via online or by phone, all parties agree to the terms of this Termination Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between MN Garage Door and the customer, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. These terms may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties.
